Corrections matter at Jiggle X Wiggle. When a story is wrong, we fix it and we are open about the fix.
How to report an error
Email contact@jigglexwiggle.com with the story link, the error you spotted, and, if you have it, the correct information or a source for it.
How corrections are handled
We check the report against reliable sources. If the story is wrong, we correct the story itself. For a significant factual error, we add a correction note to the story explaining what changed. Small typographical errors are fixed without a note.
Updates versus corrections
A story may also be updated when new information becomes available. An update adds new facts; a correction fixes an error. Both are handled in the story itself, not hidden.
